Accessibility Statement
Technology is everyone’s territory — and that starts with this site being usable by whoever arrives, however they arrive.

Our commitment
We want anyone to be able to read, navigate and take part in what we publish here, using a screen reader, a keyboard, magnification, high contrast or whatever they need. Where we are not there yet, we say below what is missing — instead of letting people find out on their own.
The standard we follow
We take the WCAG 2.2 at level AA as our reference. What we do is fix what we find and record here what is still missing.
What this site offers
The accessibility bar sits at the top of every page. Your choices are stored in your browser and follow you from one page to the next.
- High contrast
- Increases the difference between text and background across the site.
- Dyslexia-friendly font
- Swaps the typeface for one that is easier to read.
- Reading ruler
- Highlights the line you are reading.
- Focus mode
- Reduces the surroundings to cut down on distraction.
- Enlarged cursor
- Makes the mouse pointer bigger.
- Light and dark theme
- Picks the background that is most comfortable for your eyes.
- Libras (VLibras)
- Translation into Brazilian Sign Language, for content in Portuguese.
- Four languages
- All site content exists in Portuguese, English, Spanish and French. The selector is at the top of the page.
What still does not work well
This is what we know today. It is here because a statement with no known limitations is not a statement — it is marketing.
- VLibras translates into Libras, the Brazilian sign language — it does not help people who use a different sign language.
- PDF documents published under Transparency do not always carry accessibility tagging. If you need one of them in another format, write to us.
Accessibility at our events
For events with registration on this site, the form has a section where you can tell us what assistance you need — Libras interpreting, audio description, physical accessibility, priority service and others. Ask at least 15 days in advance so we can guarantee it; with less notice we will make every effort, but we cannot promise. If the event has no form here on the site, write to us and we will sort it out the same way.
