Inova Quebrada is an acceleration programme investing in leaders from the peripheries of Campinas, strengthening social and community impact initiatives. Created by Fundação FEAC in partnership with Casa Hacker and Instituto Phomenta, the programme connects social entrepreneurs to a network of support, training and resources to amplify their work in the territory.
Hands-on and collaborative learning
Over 21 months, six leaders receive a stipend of R$ 2,000 (BRL), a technology kit (laptop, phone and accessories) and take part in learning tracks, mentoring and the follow-up of an Individual Development Plan. They also gain access to impact ecosystems in other states — the immersions have already taken in the Grajaú Ecosystem, in São Paulo, and Rio de Janeiro.
What does this project open up?
Technical and practical training, stronger social initiatives, a network of contacts, and access to future impact opportunities.
Logbook
The accelerated leaders record their own journey in the first person in the Logbook — the programme told by those living it, published on each leader’s Substack. (In Portuguese.)
