Public Policy Manager
Lead Casa Hacker's advocacy agenda and turn our project experience into concrete public policy proposals.
Context
Casa Hacker, in partnership with Grupo Primavera and Ozipa Criativa, is developing the Active Citizenship Hub – Integration, an initiative supported by Fundação FEAC aimed at strengthening leaders, collectives, organisations and community impact initiatives in peripheral areas.
The initiative brings together different areas of action, including training, mentoring, financial support, infrastructure, technical monitoring, communication and territorial coordination.
We are looking for a specialised consultancy to structure a resource mobilisation strategy that strengthens the financial sustainability of participating organisations, considering integrated fundraising opportunities and the specific needs of each organisation and territory.
About the consultancy
The consultancy will be responsible for diagnosing the current state of resource mobilisation, mapping and prioritising funding sources, and developing a medium- and long-term Resource Mobilisation Plan.
The work must consider different financing modalities, such as calls for proposals, funds, tax incentives, private social investment, donations, institutional partnerships and own-revenue generation.
Key deliverables include the institutional diagnosis, mapping of sources and potential funders, the prioritisation matrix, the Resource Mobilisation Plan, the implementation roadmap and recommendations to strengthen the internal capacities of the organisations.
The contract will have an estimated duration of four months and is expected to result in strategic instruments to guide the implementation of resource mobilisation actions. The ongoing execution of fundraising will be the subject of a subsequent contract.
Expected profile
The consultancy must demonstrate proven experience in resource mobilisation, financial sustainability and institutional development of civil society organisations.
Experience in private social investment, project structuring, relations with companies, institutes and foundations, calls for proposals, funds, tax incentives and own-revenue generation strategies will be valued.
Knowledge of territorial action, peripheral areas, community development, social innovation and social technologies will be considered a differential.
Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion
Casa Hacker believes in the value of a plurality of knowledge and life experiences. We strongly encourage the participation of professionals and organisations who share this commitment and contribute to building solutions dedicated to equity and social transformation.
